At Slam Jam, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all orders placed through our online store. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and invoices are included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
